Daily rates - registration fee and taxes included. The sojourn tax is included in the price. 

Accommodation is free of charge for children up to the age of 2 y.o. VAT is not included in the price because this service is not taxable.
The total cost of the holiday must be paid on the day of the arrival of the guest. Pricelist is valid from 28.12.2022.

Payments
After receiving our confirmation email, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday must be made at the time of the booking. The balance must be paid within a week of receiving our confirmation email to secure your booking. If payment has not been made and we can’t get in touch with you, we reserve the right to cancel your stay and resell the dates.

The remaining balance must be no later than 3 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation. 

Bookings made less than 3 weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 4 weeks before it is due to start, your deposit will be refunded (minus a 10% cancellation fee). No refunds in case of late arrival or early departure.

 

We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

 

The owner will not cancel your booking except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.

 

The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
