You can choose from three modern, well-equipped apartments:
Studio, Kiwi, and Orange. Each apartment is located on the second floor with a private entrance and offers air-conditioning, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking.
The spacious balconies provide stunning views of Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres, the city of Rijeka, and the nearby beach.
Guests can also enjoy the well-maintained Mediterranean garden and yard, which includes parking for added convenience.

Hello, my name is Danijela, and I’m delighted to welcome you to VillaMia Medveja.
With over 40 years of experience in tourism, I bring both expertise and a personal touch to every guest’s stay. I began my career working as a tour guide and in travel agencies, which has given me a deep understanding of what makes a truly memorable holiday.
Hosting guests from around the world is something I genuinely love. I’m always happy to share local insider tips, recommend the best beaches and restaurants, or help arrange excursions and experiences around Medveja and the Opatija Riviera.
I speak English, German and Italian fluently, and I’m always available to assist during your stay.
